Ingredients

  • 1 kg loin of beef
  • 1 tablespoon of garam masala
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 gr prunes
  • 3 pears (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts (halved)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation

Rub the loin into the oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 40 minutes at 150oC. Add the garam masala and water and continue roasting for another 30 minutes. Add prunes, pears and hazelnuts. Cook for another 15 minutes.
