Chile Prunes

Prune and yoghurt mousse / March / 2015


(for 6 servings)

  • 3 plain yoghurts
  • 300 g pitted prunes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • tablespoons plain gelatin
  • Mint leaves for decoration

  • Soak the prunes in warm water. Chop them small or blend them. Mix the yoghurt with the prunes and sugar. Dissolve the plain gelatin in ¼ cup of cold water and heat. Add the gelatin to the mixture. Put in glasses and put in the refrigerator to set. Serve cold garnished with mint leaves and some chopped prunes.
